NEW CUSTOMERS
You will be given the option to upload artwork after checkout. Our artist will create digital proofs within 1 business day and email them to your for approval before printing.
If you don’t upload artwork we will always reach out by email or phone to discuss the design you want on the products.
We always get your approval before printing. Our goal is to ensure every customer is happy with their packaging.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Your artwork is always kept on file to ensure that art is consistent from one order to the next. We will automatically use the same artwork as last time unless you instruct us to use another. If there are any concerns on our end we will call or email to ensure that we are printing the right artwork for you.
